3. Get enough sleep

5. Increase potassium intake

6. Exercise

One of the best ways to de-stress is doing exercise, which can give you something to do instead of eating and hence help you fend off weight gain. If possible, you should work out at least three to five days a week. If not, you can do simple activities such as walking or light lifting with hand weights.
